Caspean sea and its role in the social-economical and political life of Russia

Social-economical and political situation, being created in connection with the delimitation of spheres of influence to Caspean Sea as well as with general desire of sub-Caspean states to convert the whole region into the source of hydrocarbon resources are being analysed in the article.
