The processes of the ethnical migration influence to the ability of the achievement of the social stabilization, cooperation and partnership in Russian society are exploring. Authors give an attention to the specificity in the regulation of the modern migration processes which occurs in Russia; also they examine particular qualities in formation of the ethnical diaspora and ethnosocial minority.
