The article is dedicated to the life, creative and political state of well-known domestic philosopher Andarbeka Yandarova. It reﬂects the major milestones of its formation as a philosopher, achieved scientiﬁc results, characterized by published research on public opinion of the Chechen and Ingush people, the establishment and development of culture of the Kazakhs. It is noted that the life and career of A. Yandarova – an example of devotion to the ideals of the Enlightenment, devotion to duty before the people and the state.
