Deﬁnition of Winged Expressions and Their Delimitation from Related Phenomena

The article deﬁnes the place of popular expressions in science and in phraseology, in particular. The matter is about the relationship between popular expression of related phenomena, such as proverbs, idioms, sayings, precedent text, etc. The author gives the characteristics of such of the proposed species and clearly separates the popular expression; give a clear deﬁnion of this concept and deﬁning it clear characteristics.
