Position of Fractions of the Third State Duma in Relation to Stolypin’s to Judicial Reform of the Beginning of the 20th Century

Distinctions in positions of fractions of the Third State Duma (1907−1912) concerning judicial reform spent by government Stolypina in the 20th century beginning are analyzed. Such analysis allows to understand more deeply feature of fractional sense of justice and the relation of parliamentary fractions to afﬁrming then in Russia bringing modernization to politico-legal institutes and in particular to a lawful state.
