The Development of Theory and Practice of Public Administration the Economy of Contemporary Russia and Its Agricultural Sector

The theoretical and practical aspects of public administration development of social-economic system in modern Russia as well as its agriculture sector are codescribed. The main attention is paid to the following characteristic features.
Functions of state and local administration which have been formed during the years of market reformation are analyzed.
