Problems of environmental management on railway transport for ensuring ecologico-economical safety of the urbanized territories are considered. The econometric model of management is given by development of system of environmental management and the indicator of an ecologico-economical assessment and justi?cation of administrative decisions for development of scenarios of nature protection activity of subjects of railway transport is offered.
