Does Modern Science Need Dialectics?

The central idea of the article is that dialectics as a theory and method of cognition not only has not lost its meaning up to now but, on the contrary, also becomes more important. To substantiate the statement the author gives voluminous materials from history of philosophy, from historical and modern ideas of sciences, social and political sciences and Humanities, from Western philosophical and methodological thought of the second half of the XX century.
