Regional Traits of Small Business Activities (with the example of Krasnodar Region)

The article is based on the results of sociological poll among small businessmen in Krasnodar Region as well as research conducted under EC TACIS SME 9303 Project. The article contains analysis of problems and factors affecting development of "small business" sector, ending with concrete recommendations to Federal and regional authorities.
