In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. Mineral and raw material's storehouse of Krasnodar's land and new sources to fill out the budget

The article observes priority programmes of development of mineral/raw resources of Krasnodar Region. Implementation of these "mineral/raw resources programmes" within unique investments projects may become a new economic paradigm of stabilisation of the economic crisis.
Improvement of federal and regional legislation in the sphere of development of natural resources, adaptation of Federal Production Sharing Law (regional level) will allow to enhance investment attractiveness of Krasnodar Region as well as assist budget replenishment. The article also regards perspective regional raw/meral resources development programmes.
