Market economy: methods of pricing appraisal of land parcels

The paper gives the short analysis of reasons of absence clear methodological approaches to estimation of land and other of real estates. Methods of appraisal of price of land with reference to market conditions on base of comparative sale prices is offered for use in city (on the example of Taganrog of Rostov region). The real effect from use of such method is shown.
