The concept of externalies as a basis of limitation of the traditional approach to ecology

In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. The concept of externalies as a basis of limitation of the traditional approach to ecology

In accordance with the conception of externalies the prevailing form of solving environmental problems is state regulation. The impediament of turning ecology into the welfare in that economic sense is the imperfect social-institutional mechanism increasing the costs of people's entering the ecological relations and making them inprofitable.
