In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. In the article the historic connection of times is taking place. The prospects of learning of the documentory materials connected with the process of building and developing of the totalitarian regimes of the XX century is being stressed. The social and political problems such as fascism, communism and bourgeois democracy are being raised.
The author comes to the conclusion that the historical movement of the social development may be provided supporting on the objective moving factors of the given process. Developing this factors it is necessary to strong then the future democratisation of the postsoviet national formation of Russia as a sovereign and great state.
