Methodology of system approach to formation and control of public transport regional logistic systems

The analysis of the condition of existing regional structure of public transport control was carried out and the causes of synthesis necessity of public transport regional logistic systems (RLSPT) were found.
The model of RLSPT synthesis for its effective control the methodology of the state regulation of a macrologistic system at the regional level was proposed.
