Ecological functions of Mountain forests of Northern Caucasus

Ecological functions of Mountain forests of Northern Caucasus

The materials of study on ecological functions of Mountain forests indicated in the monography of the authors with an of the same name title are stated. On an example one from the most complicated mountain systems - Northen Caucasus - shows regularities of a modification of ecological functions of Mountain forests in connection with forest cutting, modification of a mode of a drain from river pools under influence Forestry management of measures. The criterions and methodical features of an evaluation of ecological functions of Mountain forests, and also foundation of organization of forest use at mountain conditions are offered.
