Ethnic etatism as a shadow of Russian federalism

Ethnic etatism as a shadow of Russian federalism

The author concerns the problems of ethnic etatism which is the result of mistakes in the process of federalization of Russia and presents a threat to its integrity. It is still actual in national republics nowdays becoming an obstacle in realization of "post-Eltsin" reforms and civic society formation.
