In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. Reason in culture and philosophical culture of reason

Basic concepts of philosophy - "reason" and "culture" are shined; versatile and inconsistent character of their interactions are considered. It is shown, that overlapping of constructibility with self-criticism is inherent only in the mature reason which has seized with culture of physical thinking.
