In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. The problem of the enforcement in national legal ideology, science and rhetoric

The article is a keen response to the acute problem of acceptability, limits, aims, and forms of enforcement in the sphere of government administration of the society.
The author deals with historic facts and statements of world's authoritative people, discusses the regularities, peculiarities and extent of violence in the period of the reforms. The terms "enforcement" and ''violence" have been differentiated and compared. The author describes the main trends of jurisprudence and government development in the sphere of mitigation of the enforcement.
