In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. Some conditions and preconditions of developments occurbing in a nature are considered. The author comes to a conclusion that in the theory of knowledge, no less than of logic and in the theory of development, uniform dialectic laws operate.
