In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. The numerous facts show that A. S. Pushkin initiated traditions and principles of dialogic relations between Russian and Caucasian cultures, which remained productive for almost two centuries. But these traditions were undermined in the nineties of the 20th century under the influence of the cultural and political separatism. The author defines the situation today as the crisis of the dialogue, as mutual alienation, which may be overcome only in the context of the successful development of Russia in the future.
