Nanotechnologies, i. e. development of objects and devices on the 10-9 m scale, which is the dimension of molecules and their ensembles, became the national priorities of the developed countries in the areas of science and technology. Molecular electronics and its most important branch of molecular computers represent a significant direction establishing the links between nanoscience and informational technologies.
