About the Reasons of Chechenian Crisis

In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. About the Reasons of Chechenian Crisis

The crisis in Chechenia is the subject of investigation. According to the author's opinion it is the problem that got its birth at the 20th century under the influence of social processes in the USSR and Russia, including Chechenian Republic. There are neither ethic nor historical factors in its basis.
