The author examines an economical theory in the sight of Vernadsky`s noosthere conception, that helps us to understand and include time and cover testimonials of economical processes on a space scale, and gives us a possibility to revise some of old traditions of economics, because it is necessary to approbate noosphere economical theory in the XXI century.
