The social responsibility of subjects of authority and the property in conditions of bureaucratic capitalism

The interrelation of two basic social factors - burocratization of authority and stockowners renting behavior - is the main cause of total social irresponsibility in contemporary Russia. The combination of this factors forms the foundation of a great number of social-economic contradiction of our society.
