In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. The contribution of known Abkhazian historian Z.V. Anchabadze to development of a science about Caucasus, in studying the basic problems of a history of Abkhazia, the Russian-Caucasian relations, and also his role in becoming higher education in Abkhazia is opened.
