Rational choice in economy: the nonclassical approach and the Russian problems

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the category "rational choice in economics" as applied to the updated situation in Russia. The authors consider that the traditional neoclassical conception concerning rationality as optimum relation between production expenses and obtained results is unilateral. Under conditions of updated transforming economics it is insufficient to confine oneself to only microeconomical approach. Macroproportion, dynamics and direction of structural shifts and social priorities of fiscal policy which cannot be ensured without indirect regulation of economical processes by the state is not of less importance.
