The principles of economic system's genetic hereditary processes are considered in the article. ?This study presents that in the sphere of economic genetics some general scientific methodological tools such as genotype, processes of replication, transcription and transmission play the same fundamental role like in biology. Author defines the structure of the processes of replication, transcription and transmission.
