The material deals with political and ethnical factors in formation and strengthening of radical, religious political groups in the Kirgiz Republic in the post-soviet period. The author focuses his attention to the relations of these groups with the organs of power, ethnic communities and official religious directions - Sunni Islam and Russian Orthodox Church.
