Court and judicial reforms in the Chechen Republic (second half 19th-the beginning 20th centuries)


The article analyzes a course and features of judicial reforms in the Chechen Republic after the Caucasian war that have provided an inconsistent combination of traditional mechanisms of the sanction of legal disputes at Chechens and judicial system of Russian empire.
