Article shows views of professor G.A. Kokiev on a peasant reform in North Ossetia. In particular article shows his views on the causes which called forth rhe reform and the institutions which established in life. A peasant reform in North Ossetia was reactionary but at the same time progressive, because after it North Ossetia developed in capitalist way.
