The Concept "Speaking" and the Means of its Representation in Modern English

The article focuses on the concept "speaking" and the means of its representation in the modern English language. It deals with its prototype constituents, which are mainly presented with the verbs of speaking tell, say, speak that are the clue verbs for their semantics reflect the corn of the concept "speaking" and can be characterized by one integral sign - exchange of information. The analysis of the synonyms of the given clue verbs enlarge the diversity of the representation means of the investigated concept which imply an ability of the speaker to differentiate its conceptual signs.
