Peculiarities of Speech Influence of Texts of Memos of the Law Enforcement Agencies on Population

Peculiarities of Speech Influence of Texts of Memos of the Law Enforcement Agencies on Population

Peculiarities and aspects of speech influence in the texts of memos of the law enforcement agencies of Germany and Russia are investigated. At the same time the text addressee of memos tries out direct, indirect and hidden speech influence. Demarcation of speech influence on aspects is based on differences in motivated / unmotivated, realized /unrealized sender's choice of text of different linguistic means of speech influence.
