Lithology problems at creation of heating systems using low-potential thermal energy of mine waters of the closed and flooded fulfilled shafts of East Donbass are considered. Planned use of underground waters of this class in Novoshakhtinsk of the Rostov area will allow to provide all-the-year-round heating and hot water supply of some social objects (a hospital complex, school, technical training college, a kindergarten) and administrative - industrial buildings of the big city area.
