From a History of the Russian Science: Cultural - Educational Activity of Lazarev's Dynasty

The article is devoted to research of establishing in Moscow in 19th century Lazarev's institution of Oriental languages, its work, cultural and educational role in Russia. Created at Lazarev's initiative and on their money, it represented an example of Russian-Armenian cultural and scientific relations, was a guide of progressive Russian and Western European culture and public opinion.
