About a valence classification of the Kalmyk verbal lexicon: towards a correlation between the word and the syntaxem

The author presents the results of application of the syntax model to the Kalmyk language. The material is described according to valence parameters. The author gives valence classes of the Kalmyk verbs and the main features of the ESC as a central syntactic unit.
