In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. The regulations about coherency of spiritual culture values in youth subculture are given reason and threat of anomy in the long term developments of a spiritual life of Russia is theoretically comprehended. As anomy to one of alternatives it is offered theonomy.
