Scepticism and Religious Faith: forward to the Problem

In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. Scepticism and Religious Faith: forward to the Problem

The problem of the bringing into proper correlation religious faith and sceptical outlook is formulated and discussed. It is asserted that a religious sceptic is not necessarily an atheist or agnostic. The author concludes that religion needs no justification from outside, and it cannot be justified by the means of dogmatic philosophy.
