Comparison and Simile as Linguistic Objectivity of Iris Murdoch’s Individual Style of Writing
The article analyses simile and comparison objectively characterizing Iris Murdoch’s individual postmodernistic style of writing. The transitory types within the frameworks of this stylistic device are also considered. Pragmatically they manifest excentrism, i.e. their coordinates of author’s “Ego” become apparent only in the particular context.
