The mentality phenomenon in the context of informative interaction

In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. The mentality phenomenon in the context of informative interaction

This article is dedicated to the explication of the mentality phenomenon in the context of mind and body problem as an informative interaction problem. The author thinking that mentality is a given ontological body-mind interaction defines its role as a mechanism which is to interpret the stimuli received by a bearer.
