Problems of ethno-Political in the Caucasus in K.L. Khetagurov´s Works (Historical, Political and Legal Aspects)
The article deals with the problem of ethno political stability, complicated relations between different nations in the Caucasus at the end of 19th – the beginning of 20th centuries in the works of the founder of the Ossetian Literature, enlightener, publicist, poet and painter K.L. Khetagurov (1859–1906) whose 150-anniversary is going to be widely celebrated in Ossetia and in Russia as well. The author analyses K.L. Khetagurov´s political and legal conception of interrelation of the
Russians and the peoples living in the Caucasus. Even at the end of XIX century this idea was considered by him as a guarantee of prosperity, well-being and stability of Russia.
