The Concept “Success-Stratification” in the Analysis of the Social Stratification of the Modern Society

In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. The Concept “Success-Stratification” in the Analysis of the Social Stratification of the Modern Society

The urgency of research of a phenomenon of the social success caused by the statement in public consciousness of mental priorities of social success is proved. The success is considered as the factor structuring a social reality and defining behaviour of social subjects. Such forms of expression of social success as social reputation, social prestige and the social status are comprehended. The concept “success-stratification” is entered.
