“Сhemical Assembly” of the Perovskite-Type Phases and its Influence on Crystal Structure of the Product

New technologies are developed to fabricate PbTiO3–PbZrO3, PbTiO3–BaTiO3 и PbTiO3–CaTiO3 systems based on using precursors whose structure has elements similar to the target product structure, which allow activation energy reduction when final product is formed. The technologies allow fabricating target powder compositions with the narrow dispersity, and with grain size from several dozens to 1000–1500 nm. Influence of powder grain size on underlying phase crystal structure is discussed.
