The Organizational Culture in Russian Universities in Sociological Studies

In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. The Organizational Culture in Russian Universities in Sociological Studies

The social perspectives of the higher education reform and university system in transformative processes are analysed. The author comes to the conclusion that universities should be the key point of the higher education system. Universities are classic scientific-educational centers. They need to combine the tasks of fundamental studies and retraining of practical specialists and experts in accordance with social-economic reforms and social tasks of society and state innovative development.
