The article studies dependencies of electrical and physical characteristics of ceramic piezomaterials on the way the base batch is obtained. It is shown that “chemical building” method allows significant increase in the values of εТ33/ε0, piezomodules, electromechanical coupling factor and sample density as well as reducing the values of tgσ and conductance compared to materials fabricated with conventional technologies.
