The author focuses attention to features of goal-oriented programming method, efficiency rating of economical effectiveness while adjusting federal goal-oriented program “South of Russia”. Method of detecting the efficiency rating of economical effectiveness is recommended to use when developing or implementing goal-oriented programs.
