Inquiry and Encyclopedic Activity as the Forming Factor of Issues on the Natural Sciences

The activity directed on accumulation and systematization of knowledge designated as inquiry and encyclopedic activity is analysed. The aspects of this activity influence on creation of reference books on the natural sciences come to light. It is underlined that specificity of such influence is predetermined by the intrinsic features of the natural sciences.
