A New Model of Separation of Powers in the Social State of Law

The article analyses the new features of social state of law which give rise to the transformation of the traditional separation of powers. Differentiation occurs in the governing executive and administrative branches. As part of the judiciary strengthened independent judiciary constitutional power.
