The North Caucasus as object of a regional social and economic policy, strategic workings out is considered.
The model of the analysis of factors of the conflict operating in the North Caucasus is offered, key directions of strategy of social and economic development of the macroregion, its conflictnesses directed on decrease and counteraction to terrorism are formulated.
