The Generalized Subject of Action of Russian Proverbs

In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. The Generalized Subject of Action of Russian Proverbs

The article is devoted to the question of the subject of Russian proverbs representation and functioning. The point is closely connected with the general category of personality expression and functioning as it reflects cognitive understanding of “I – subject” in the national consciousness and reveals some linguistic methods of the subject content and semantics generalization which could be regarded as “quantifiers” of the proverbial fund.
