The article investigates the idea metaeducation as an innovative educational strategies, and social intellectual technology, which is based on modern Russian patriotism, social time theory, cultural, temporal and metaeducation approach. Discussed ways to further address the problem of making national program metaeducation as intellectual technologies of the social orientation and the Youth’s Civilized Choice.
